NOTICE OF ELECTION Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Pickaway County, Ohio, passed on the 3rd day of February, 2026, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the Primary Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 5th day of May, 2026 the question of levying a tax, in excess of the ten-mill limitation: An additional tax for the benefit of Pickaway County for the purpose of maintaining and providing senior citizens services that the county auditor estimates will collect $1,808,473 annually, at a rate not exceeding 0.75 mill for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $26 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.
