NOTICE OF ELECTION ON TAX LEVY IN EXCESS OF THE TEN MILL LIMITATION RANDOLPH TOWNSHIP Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Resolutions passed on January 22, 2026 and January 31, 2026 the Trustees of Randolph Township, Portage County, Ohio, there will be submitted to a vote of the electors of Randolph Township at a Primary Election to be held in said Township at the regular places of voting therein, on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, the question of a renewal tax levy for fire and emergency medical services. Tax being a renewal of a 5 mills tax levy that the county auditor estimates will collect $662,410 annually, at a rate not exceeding 5 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $111 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.
