NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGPERKINS TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES The Perkins Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing to hear four (4) recommendations of the Perkins Township Zoning Commission, as noted below: 1)Case #ZC2026-03 – To consider a text amendment to the Perkins Township Zoning Resolution's Article 25.7 “Required Refuse Collection Areas”.2)Case # ZC2026-04- To consider a text amendment to the Perkins Township Zoning Resolution's Article 25.6(2)(f) “Storage of Vehicles and Vessels on Residential Properties”.3)Case # ZC2026-05- To consider a text amendment to the Perkins Township Zoning Resolution's Article 25.5(3) “Storage of Vehicles and Vessels on Residential Properties”.4)Case #ZC2026-06- To consider a text amendment to the Perkins Township Zoning Resolution's Article 3.146 “Transient Occupancy”. The public hearing will be held by the Board during the course of its meeting on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 8:30 a.m., in the Big Meeting Room of the Perkins Township Services Facility, which is located at 2610 Columbus Avenue, Sandusky, OH 44870.
