REQUEST FOR RELEASE OF FUNDS On or after April 23, 2026, the City of Toledo will authorize the Lucas Metropolitan Housing Authority to submit a request to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, Cleveland Office of Public Housing for the release of Capital Program funds under Sections 9(d)(1) and 9(e)(1) of the United States Housing Act of 1937, as amended, for the following projects: PROJECT: Collingwood Green Phase IV Roadway Work PURPOSE: This project is part of Phase IV of the Collingwood Green Development Project.
