NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Miami County Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on the 17th day of March 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Commissioner's Hearing Room, 201 West Main Street, Safety Building, Troy, Ohio for zoning map amendments filed by: Jesse Burns; 1285 N Leonard Road, Pleasant Hill, Ohio 45359 as per Amendment #1911-02-2026. To: Rezone 1.4 acres from A-2, General Agriculture to R-1AAA, Single Family Residential. For the following tract of land: being a 37.9 acre parcel located at 1285 N Leonard Road, Pleasant Hill, Ohio Section 13, Town 8, Range 4 of Newton Township. Ruth Bolner; W State Route 571 (I20-007400), Laura, Ohio 45337 as per Amendment #1912-02-2026. To: Rezone 15.0 acres from A-2, General Agriculture A-1, Domestic Agriculture. For the following tract of land: being a 15.0 acre parcel located along W State Route 571 (I20-007400), Lauar, Ohio Section 34, Town 8, Range 4 of Newton Township. The above application and related information are on file and available for examination between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday in the Miami County Department of Development Office, Miami County Commerce Center, 1506 One Stop Court, Suite 6, Troy, Ohio 45373-2983.
