NOTICE OF ELECTION ON TAX LEVY IN EXCESS OF THE TEN MILL LIMITATION Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Town- ship of Sunsbury of Beallsville, Ohio, passed of the 3rd day of February, 2026, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the Primary Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 5th day of May, 2026 the question of levying a tax, in excess of the ten mill limitation, which shall be an addi- tional tax, for the benefit of Sunsbury Township for the pur- pose of current expenses, includ- ing the villages of Beallsville, Jerusalem and Wilson at a rate not exceeding 2 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $70 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's appraised value, for 5 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.
