The process and procedure under which these sales are completed are detailed on the Real Auction website. All bidders are required to open an account with Realauction.comand make a deposit in order to place a bid, seven days prior to sale date. This sale is scheduled for Wednesday May 20th, 2026 at 9:00 am. If the parcel does not sell, it will be offered again on Wednesday June 3rd, 2026 at 9:00 am for the same opening bid.
