By virtue of an Order of Sale issued from the Court of Common Pleas of MAHONING County, Ohio, and to me directed and delivered, I will offer for sale IN THE COMMISSIONERS' HEARING ROOM, Basement of the Courthouse, in YOUNGSTOWN, in said County, on TUESDAY, MARCH 31 A.D. 2026 AND TUESDAY, APRIL 14 A.D. 2026 (***SEE BELOW) at 1:30 o'clock, P.M., on said day, the following described lands and tenements, to-wit: PROPERTY LOCATIONS: 619 Whipple Ave, Lot 4404 and Whipple Ave, Lot 4403 (vacant lot), Campbell, Ohio 44405. PERMANENT PARCEL NOS. 46-017-0-323.000 and 46-017-0-324.000. ***If such parcel does not receive a sufficient bid at the initial sale, it shall be re-advertised and offered for sale again, without appraisal and according to law, in The Daily Legal News.
