L E G A L N O T I C E Didier Kitongo, whose last known address was 2324 Parkland Avenue, Dayton Ohio 45405-3421, present address unknown, Evelyn Sarpong, whose last known address was 342 East 139th Street, OFC 1, Bronx New York 10454-2673, present address unknown, will take notice that on the 27th day of February 2026, John McManus, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2026 CV 01272 in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio, 41 North Perry Street, Dayton, Ohio 45422-2000 against Sengka Cyrinus, et al. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D.
