Form No. 124 Prescribed by Secretary of State (01-23) Notice of Election on Tax Levy in Excess of the Ten-Mill Limitation R.C. 3501.11(G), 5705.19, 5705.25 NOTICE OF ELECTION Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Delaware County, Ohio, passed on the 22nd day of December, 2025, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the Primary Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 5th day of May, 2026 the question of levying a tax, in excess of the ten-mill limitation: A renewal of 2 mills and an increase of 0.7 mill for each $1 of taxable value to constitute a tax for the benefit of Delaware County for the purposes of the operation of community developmental disabilities programs and services by the Board of Developmental Disabilities, and for the acquisition, construction, renovation, financing, maintenance, and operation of developmental disabilities facilities that the county auditor estimates will collect $27,129,584 annually, at a rate not exceeding 2.7 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $65 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.
