PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF ELECTION ON TAX LEVY IN EXCESS OF THE TEN MILL LIMITATION R.C. 3501.11(G), 5705.19, 5705.25 Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of Council of Village of Harveysburg of Warren/Clinton County, Ohio, passed on the 30th day of January 2026, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the Primary/Special Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 5th day of May 2026 the question of levying a tax, in excess of the ten mill limitation, for the benefit of Village of Harveysburg for the purpose of general construction, reconstruction, resurfacing, and repair of streets, roads, and bridges. Tax being an additional tax of 3 mills at a rate not exceeding 3 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $105 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2026, first due in 2027. The estimated annual collections of this levy is $67,250. The polls for the election will be open at 6:30 a.m. and remain open until 7:30 p.m. on election day.
