The object of plaintiff's complaint is to foreclose a delinquent real estate tax lien or liens on property identified on the records of the Fairfield County Auditor as permanent parcel no. 046-11412.00, a complete legal description of which can be obtained from the Fairfield County Prosecuting Attorney, 239 W.
