Main Street, Suite 101, Lancaster, Ohio 43130; and once foreclosed to have said property be sold or conveyed by the sheriff or otherwise be disposed of, and the equity of redemption be extinguished, according to the alternative redemption procedures prescribed in sections 323.65 to 323.79 of the Ohio Revised Code, as more particularly set forth in the Complaint.
