Defendants CASE NO: 2026 CF 02 0161 JUDGE MICHAEL J. ERNEST NOTICE BY PUBLICATION To: Margo Simpson, Deceased, unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, assigns and unknown spouse if any, whose last known address was 490 Factory Street, Newcomerstown, Ohio, 43832, you are notified that you have been named as a defendant in the legal action noted above. The object of the action is to foreclose the delinquent real estate tax lien on this real estate located at 490 Factory Street, Newcomerstown, County of Tuscarawas, State of Ohio, PPN 45-01853-000. You are required to answer within 28 days after the last publication of this notice which will be published once each week for three consecutive weeks. The last publication will be made on March 16, 2026.
