Form No. 124 Prescribed by the Secretary of StateNotice of Election on Tax Levy in Excess of the Ten Mill LimitationR.C. 3501.11(G), 5705.19, 5705.25Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Board of Education of Norwalk Public Library of Norwalk, Ohio, passed on the 13th day of January, 2026, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the Primary Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 5 th day of May, 2026, the question of levying a tax, in excess of the ten mill limitation, which shall be an additional tax for the benefit of Norwalk Public Library for the purpose of renovating, remodeling, adding to, furnishing, equipping and otherwise improving the Norwalk Public Library and clearing, improving and equipping its site, at a rate not exceeding 1.7 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $60 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 30 years.
