A COMPLETE LEGAL DESCRIPTION MAY BE OBTAINED AT THE OTTAWA COUNTY RECORDER, 420 MONROE STREET, PORT CLINTON, OHIO 43452 The relief demanded is judgment against Defendants for delinquent real property taxes in the amount of Four Thousand Ninety-Six and 55/100 Dollars ($4,096.55) together with accrued taxes, assessments, penalties, and interest; that each Defendant be required to set forth its claim or be forever barred from asserting the same; that the liens be marshaled and the property be sold by the Ottawa County Sheriff in a manner provided by law; and that the proceeds of such sale be applied to the payment and satisfaction of said liens in accordance with their priority; for costs to bring this action; and further relief as equitable and just. The person first above mentioned will take further notice that they have been made a party defendant to this action.
