PROPOSALS - HARD BIDOregon City School District (OCSD) No. 62 (District) is requesting Proposals from Contractors for the 2026 Beavercreek Elementary School Asbestos Flooring Abatement Project.
The bid documents may be obtained by e-mailing caseyc@cornerstonemgi.com.
Project Scope of Work: The Owner is seeking a qualified Asbestos Removal Contractor with current relevant experience in K-12 public school work.
There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Wednesday, May 13 at 2:30 pm, Local Time at the Beavercreek Elementary School. Located at 21944 South Yeoman Rd, Beavercreek, OR.
