S-10700-00016169The Department of Administrative Services, State Procurement Services, on behalf of the Department of Administrative Services, Enterprise Asset Management, requests written Bids to secure construction services for project at multiple buildings, owned and operated by the State of Oregon, Department of Administrative Services, located in Salem, Oregon. The solicitation documents, including the contract terms, conditions, plans, and specifications, may be viewed or downloaded by accessing the OregonBuys e-Procurement system at www.OregonBuys.gov using a personal computer. If you do not have a personal computer, you may access the attachments at various plan centers statewide. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on May 12, 2026, at 9:00 AM (Pacific) at the Justice Building located at 1162 Court St. NE, Salem, OR 97301, Conf Justice Frohmayer Conference Room. All attendees will be required to go through a security check (metal detector) in the Lobby of the building and must sign in by 9:00 AM (Pacific) to meet the mandatory attendance requirement, with no exceptions, or bidders will not be allowed to attend the mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVE ARE REQUIRED TO BE ON TIME, SIGNED IN, AND ATTEND THE ENTIRETY OF THIS MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE AND SITE WALK THROUGH DIRECTLY OR THROUGH AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE. BIDS FROM BIDDERS WHO DO NOT COMPLY WITH THESE ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS WILL BE REJECTED AS NON-RESPONSIVE.
