REQUEST FOR PROPOSALNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The Spray School District ("the Owner") Requests Proposals from experienced Construction Manager/General Contractors (CM/GC) for the construction of the Spray School Gymnasium Seismic Rehabilitation Project. Proposers shall provide one (1) electronic copy of their proposal and email it to Lou Lyon, Superintendent, at llyon@spray.k12.or.us. Proposals will be accepted until 5:00 PM Local Time on June 3, 2026, after which time no further Proposals will be received. A MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on May 14, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Spray School Gymnasium located at 303 Park Ave., Spray, OR 97874.
Project Scope of Work: The project consists of seismic strengthening in the Gymnasium at 303 Park Ave., Spray, OR 97874. The complete Request for Proposal may be obtained by emailing Desiree Lockwood at Desiree.D.Lockwood@imegcorp.com. The CM/GC firms responding to this RFP will be evaluated based upon company overview, firm experience, similar project history, and other criteria identified in this RFP. This solicitation does not obligate the Owner to pay any costs incurred in preparation of Proposals. The Owner reserves the right to reject any Proposal that is not in compliance with all prescribed requirements. For good cause, the Owner may reject any or all Proposals upon a written finding that it is in the public interest to do so. ANY PROTEST OR REQUEST FOR CHANGE MUST BE DELIVERED IN WRITING TO LOU LYON, SUPERINTENDENT, AT PO BOX 230, SPRAY, OR 97874, ON OR BEFORE SEVEN (7) DAYS PRIOR TO THE DUE DATE FOR PROPOSALS.
