NUMBER 250030C001OMD is soliciting sealed Bids for the above named Project, located in Warrenton OR, Construction cost for bonding purposes only is estimated to be $135K to 150K for Base Bid. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on MAY 28, 2026 AT 10:00:00 AM, located at Camp Rilea Building 7241 91204 Rilea Oregon Rd Warrenton, OR 97146. Bidders who arrive late will be denied access and deemed non responsive ineligible to bid. A Public bid opening will immediately follow the closing time as detailed in the ITB. Bidders and subs must be registered with the Oregon CCB at time of bid. The project is subject to BOLI requirements. ITB documents must be downloaded from the OregonBuys system located at http://oregonbuys.gov, solicitation number S-24800-00016830 Questions regarding the ITB must be made in writing to Sam Goff CPPB, via email to sam.a.goff@OMD.oregon.gov by the specified deadline in the ITB.
