NOTICE OF MAC RECREATION DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTOR'S EXECUTIVE SESSION & BUSINESS MEETING The MAC Recreation District board of directors will meet on Monday, May 18, 2026 at 5:00 pm in executive session pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(h) to consult with their attorney regarding their legal rights and duties in regard to current litigation or litigation that is more likely than not to be filed. Immediately after the executive session, the MACRD Budget Committee will convene, per published notice on May 6, 2026, followed by a MACRD Business meeting. The agenda will be posted at the Madras Aquatic Center's front door and on the district website at www.macrecdistrict.com/governance by 5 pm on Saturday, May 16, 2026. Publish: May 6, 2026 MAP385582
