Cornman Realty Co., LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company (the “Company “), has dissolved and is winding up its affairs. Any person or entity asserting a claim against the Company must present the claim in writing and mail it to: David R. Adams Esq. Fromhold Adams & Jun Suite 211, Building 3 919 Conestoga Rd. Rosemont PA 19010 The written claim must include: 1. the claimant's full legal name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number; 2. the basis of the claim, including the date(s) of the events giving rise to the claim; 3. the amount claimed, if any; and 4. copies of all documents supporting the claim.
