HOPEWELL TOWNSHIP 1700 CLARK BOULEVARD, ALIQUIPPA, PENNSYLVANIA 15001 2026 PAVING PROJECT ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Bids for the 2026 Paving Project will be received by Hopewell Township, online via PennBID, until 10:00 A.M. local time on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be opened electronically and posted on PennBID's website. The Project consists of roadway improvements throughout Hopewell Township. The base bid includes 22 roads throughout the Township, with improvements including a combination of milling, base repair, overlay, and surface treatment. The alternate bid projects, if awarded, consist of additional roads and all associated work, line painting, and stormwater improvements. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. All documents and solicitation details are available online at no cost on PennBID ? https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/. Bids shall be accepted online through the PennBID Program. Additional bidding requirements are found in Section 00 21 13, "Instructions to Bidders", of the Bidding Documents. All bidders must submit bid security of a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Base Bid.
