ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDSThe Indiana/Westmoreland Council of Governments (IW-COG) is requesting sealed bids for various road materials. Items include but are not limited to aggregates, anti-skid, bituminous liquids, and paving materials. Participating municipalities have provided estimated quantities. Items must be PennDOT approved and delivered to each municipalitys location on an as-needed basis.All bids must be on forms provided by IW- COG and accompanied by a bid bond, cashier check, or certified check in the amount of 10% of the bid. Bids will be opened at the March 23, 2026, meeting at approximately 10:00 AM at the Blairsville Borough Office, 203 East Market Street, Blairsville, PA.Request forms at IndWestCOG@gmail.com.
