BIDS WANTED FAIRFIELD TOWNSHIP PATTERSON ROAD PRECAST CONCRETE BOX CULVERT Fairfield Township will receive sealed bids until 1:00 P.M. local prevailing time, on the 9th day of April 2026, at the Fairfield Township Municipal Building, 159 Midget Camp Road, Bolivar, PA 15923. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the regular monthly meeting of the Township Supervisors to be held on the above date at 3:00 P.M. The scope of work will generally consist of replacing an existing concrete bridge with a precast concrete box culvert. Work includes construction of a temporary road, demolition of the existing bridge, installation of the box culvert, restoration, and paving. Fairfield Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the same. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the Total Bid made payable to Fairfield Township. Bid Documents may be requested from Fairfield Township, by calling (724) 235-2140 weekdays, between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 2:00 P.M. for a fee of $50.00, made payable to Fairfield Township.
