49704/02/2026https://www.post-gazette.com/PublicNoticesOFFICIAL ADVERTISEMENT Sealed bids for the furnishing of all necessary and required labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, and the complete performance of all work specified in the Contracts noted below, are hereby solicited by the Chartiers Valley School District for the following project: CHARTIERS VALLEY SCHOOL DISTRICT: RENOVATIONS TO CHARTIERS VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL 50 Thoms Run Road Bridgeville, Pennsylvania 15017 Bids shall be submitted for the following Prime Contract: CONTRACT No. 07 Electrical and Low Voltage Proposals will be received at the office of the Chartiers Valley School District Business Manager, either hand delivered to or mailed to 2030 Swallow Hill Road Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15220 until 1:30 PM prevailing time, on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at which time they will be opened publicly and read aloud. Bid Documents shall only be obtained by contacting Accu-Copy on or after Tuesday, March 31, 2026: Accu-Copy Reprographics, 302 Thomson Park Dr., Cranberry Twp., PA 16066 Phone: 724-935-7055 Fax: 724-935-0250 E-mail: cranberry@accu-copy.com A deposit of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150.00) for each set of drawings and specifications will be required, with check made payable to Chartiers valley School District which will be sent to Accu-Copy Reprographics. Deposit may be refunded only upon receipt of a bona fide bid and the return of unmarked drawings and specifications to Accu-Copy Reprographics in good condition within Ten (10) days of bid opening. Additional sets may be purchased upon payment of the costs of reproduction and handling. A separate non-refundable check in the minimum estimated amount of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) is required for each set to cover shipping and handling charges if mailing is requested. Drawings and specifications may also be purchased in PDF format for a non-refundable fee. Drawings and specifications may be viewed by visiting the Accu-Copy online plan room at https://planroom.accu-copy.com/jobs/public. Only bidders registered through Accu-Copy will be provided with addenda if any are issued. A certified check, bid bond, or a combination of both totaling an amount equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the total amount of the Base Bid PLUS any Add Alternates and made payable to the Chartiers Valley School District, must accompany each bid. The right to reject any or all bids, and/or to waive any informalities in the same, is reserved by the Chartiers Valley School District. The Chartiers Valley School District anticipates awarding Contracts within Thirty (30) days of the bid opening. No bona fide bids shall be altered or withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening. All bids shall be clearly marked with contractor name and Prime Contract number and name.
