COURTDALE BOROUGH COURTDALE, PENNSYLVANIA 2026 PAVING PROGRAM ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Bids for the 2026 Paving Program will be received by Courtdale Borough online via PennBid until 12:00 PM local time on Tuesday March 17, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be opened electronically and posted on PennBids website. The Base Project consists of 4.5 mill and overlay for 4,900 sq yds of roadway. Alternate Bids will also be received for the mill and overlay of approximately 5,400 sq yards, to be awarded at the Boroughs discretion. The Project will be funded by the Multimodal Transportation Fund (MTF) through the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Financing Authority. The Project will require PA Prevailing Wage Rates. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. All documents and solicitation details will be available online at no cost on PennBid https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com. Bids shall be accepted online through the PennBid program. Additional bidding requirements are found in Section 00 21 13, Instructions to Bidders, of the Bidding Documents. All bidders must submit bid security of a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Base Bid. All bids shall be irrevocable for 60 days after the bid opening date as provided by the Act of November 26, 1978 (P.L. 1309, No. 317), as amended by the Act of December 12, 1994 (P.L. 1042, No. 142).
