Central Bucks School District, Operations Department, at 320 West Swamp Road, Doylestown, PA 18901, will receive sealed bids online through PennBid™ until April 2, 2026 at 2:00 PM, prevailing local time at which time bids will be publicly opened and the results displayed publicly on PennBid for the following:

All bid documents, drawings, specifications, and solicitation details will be available March 5, 2026 at no cost through PennBid™ https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/NOTE: THIS SOLICITATION IS ON THE NEW PENNBID PLATFORM. (A nominal fee of 0.33% of the bid amount (up to $5,000.00) is assessed only to the successful bidders.)
 
A pre-bid meeting for the project will be held at 12:30 PM, prevailing time, March 13, 2026, beginning at the Pine Run Elementary School (383 West Butler Avenue, New Britain, PA 18901) and proceeding to Barclay Elementary School (2015 Palomino Drive, Warrington, PA 18976) and concluding at Central Bucks High School East (2804 Holicong Road, Doylestown, PA 18902). IT IS IMPORTANT THAT ALL BIDDERS ATTEND THIS MEETING.
 
Questions during the bidding process shall be submitted via the “Messages” feature in PennBid™. Proposals shall conform to all other requirements as more fully set forth in the bidding documents. The Central Bucks School Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality in any bid, to eliminate or reduce items or quantities, and exercise its judgment as to the comparative merit of the products and services offered.
