41002/26/2026INVITATION TO BID 2026 ROAD PROJECTS The Williams Township Board of Supervisors, 655 Cider Press Road, Easton, PA 18042, will receive sealed bids for the following Description of Work for the 2026 Road Paving Project: Construct approximately 12,996 Square Yards Double Bituminous Seal Coat with Fog Seal Application. Construct approximately 8,654 Square Yards Single Bituminous Seal Coat with Fog Seal Application. Construct approximately 22,520 Square Yards Single Bituminous Seal Coat Application. All workmanship and material to be in compliance with PennDot Publication 408, Section 470 (where applicable). There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting on March 13, 2026 at 9:00 am at the Williams Township Municipal Building, 655 Cider Press Road, Easton, PА 18042. Bidders are required to be PennDot pre-qualified in contract items. Proof is required with bid submittal. Bid forms may be obtained from the Municipal Office during normal business hours of 7:00am to 3:00pm or downloaded from our website at www.williamstwp.org. Bids will be received until 12:00 p.m. prevailing time March 30, 2026 at the Williams Township Municipal Building, 655 Cider Press Road, Easton, PA 18042, at which time they will be publicly opened and read at 12:05 p.m. Proposals must be on PennDot forms included in the specifications. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, payable to “Williams Township”. A Performance Bond or Certified Check in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within twenty (20) days after the contract is awarded.
