PUBLIC NOTICE BIDS WANTED Sealed bids will be received at the Winterstown Borough office, or by mail, 12244 Winterstown Rd, Felton, PA, until 11:30 a.m. (prevailing time), Tuesday, April 14, 2026, for various equipment rentals with operators and laborers. The Winterstown Borough Council will open and award bids at their regularly scheduled meeting Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at 7pm. All proposals must be submitted on PennDOT forms, supplied by the Borough. A bid bond in the amount of 10% is required. PA Prevailing Wages apply. Must meet with borough representative before bidding. The Borough reserves the right to accept any bids or reject any or all bids.
