BOROUGH OF GREENCASTLE SALE OF EQUIPMENT NOTICE – ONLINE AUCTION The Borough of Greencastle will offer surplus equipment for sale by online auction through Municibid. Items to be sold include an F-150 pickup truck, 1988 Chevy dump truck, Vibrastat II roller, Flink salt spreader, Fisher snow plow, and 1998 tar buggy. The auction will open on or about April 13, 2026 and close on April 27, 2026. The winning bid will be awarded at the regularly scheduled meeting of the Greencastle Borough Council on May 4, 2026 at 7pm. Payment to the Borough for the full amount of the successful bid in cash or certified funds shall be made immediately upon acceptance of the bid. Successful bidder must pick up the item within fifteen (15) days of the awarding of the bid. All items are sold as-is to the highest responsible bidder. The Borough of Greencastle reserves the right to reject any or all bids as necessary.
