Sealed bids for roof installation at Hatboro-Horsham High School are being solicited.

The Hatboro-Horsham School District is soliciting sealed bids for the installation of new fleece-reinforced EPDM membrane roofs on Roof Surfaces ‘G' & G1' on Hatboro-Horsham High School.
Sealed Bids will be delivered to Bill Stone at the Hatboro-Horsham District Office located at 227 Meetinghouse Road, Horsham, PA 19044 no later than 1:00 P.M. prevailing time on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.
Bidders are notified that this Project is subject to the District's Responsible Contractor Policy as more fully set forth in the Contract Documents. In compliance with the Policy, any Bidder who intends to bid the Project shall submit the completed Contractor Responsibility Certification Form included in the documents no later than Thursday, April 30th, 2026 to Bill Stone at bstone@hatboro-horsham.org. Failure to submit the form will disqualify any Bidder from submitting a bid.
A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be conducted on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. at the Hatboro-Horsham High School located at 899 Horsham Road, Horsham, PA 19044. Representatives from the Roof Consultant (Roof Systems Consulting Company) will provide Project details at this meeting. Non-attendees will not be permitted to bid.
Electronic Contract Documents: To Bid the Project, prospective bidders must obtain Contract Documents in electronic format (PDF) directly from Roof Systems Consulting Company, Info@rsc1981.com accompanied by a non-refundable fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00). Checks shall be made payable to Roof Systems Consulting Company. Documents will be sent electronically after receipt of payment. Bidders must supply the following information with their request for documents: company name, contact name, complete address, phone and cellular numbers, and e-mail address. Documents will be available on April 17, 2026.
