Palisades School District-Invitation to Bid DOCUMENT 00 1116 - INVITATION TO BID Separate sealed Bids for Palisades Middle School Auditorium Renovation shall be received by Palisades School District, until 2:00 pm, prevailing local time, May 21, 2026. Bids shall be received at Palisades School District Offices, 39 Thomas Free Drive, Kintnersville, PA Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately after specified closing time, at 2:10 pm. Work will be bid as the following Prime Contracts: Contract No. 1 General Construction Contract No. 2 Contract No. 3 HVAC Construction Electrical Construction Bidding Documents will be available April 27, 2026 at 1:00 pm. Bidders are required to secure a complete set of Bidding Documents for all contracts. A complete set of Bidding Documents in PDF electronic format may be secured only through the Share File link from the offices of KCBA Architects, 8 East Broad Street, Hatfield, Pennsylvania, 19440 (Phone: (215) 368-5806). A nonrefundable fee of One Hundred dollars ($100.00), payable to the Architect, is required to obtain the documents. Email: bids@kcba-architects.com to register as a prime bidder. The Share Link will be provided when payment is received. The meeting will be held at Palisades Middle School Auditorium. Project information is available at www.kcba-architects.com Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check, money order or cashier's good faith check payable to the Order of Palisades School District, or Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10 percent (10%) of the total bid, as security. Performance and Payment Bonds are required. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit in the form set forth in the Bidding Documents. The right to waive any informality in any Bid, to reject any or all Bids or to award any Contract in the best interest of the Owner is reserved. Bidders on this Work and all subcontractors shall comply with all provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders on this Work and all subcontractors shall comply with all provisions of the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Procurement Code for Prevention of Environmental Pollution.
