NOTICEThe Armstrong-Indiana Behavioral and Developmental Health Program is soliciting proposals from qualified CPA firms to audit the financial statements of the program for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2026, June 30, 2027, June 30, 2028, June 30, 2029, and June 30, 2030. The audit will be a financial and compliance audit in accordance with GAGAS and GAAP, OMB Circular A-133, etc. This is a request for proposals for professional services which are exempt from the bidding requirements of the county code. All proposals must be received by the Armstrong-Indiana BDHP on or before 4:00 PM March 25, 2026.
