NMTCC to award energy savings contract on March 16, 2026.

NOTICE OF AWARD – NMTCC GESA 

Notice is hereby given that the Joint Operating Committee of the North Montco Technical Career Center (NMTCC) shall be presented for review and approval a Guaranteed Energy Savings Contract with CM3 Building Solutions regarding the installation and implementation of energy conservation measures, related facility alterations, and other improvements at the NMTCC school building.  The Guaranteed Energy Savings Contract will be presented and acted upon by the Joint Operating Committee at its regularly scheduled business meeting on Monday, March 16, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. which will be convened in the NMTCC Conference Room. GESA REPORT – NMTCC PROJECT
(Guaranteed Energy Savings Act)
	The Joint Operating Committee of the North Montco Technical Career Center (NMTCC) will consider an award at their regular meeting on March 16, 2026 of a Guaranteed Energy Savings Act (GESA) contract for the installation and implementation of energy conservation measures and improvements at their building located at 1265 Sumneytown Pike, Lansdale PA 19446.  The GESA project will include mechanical heating and ventilating modifications and upgrades, building controls upgrades, replacement of the air conditioning chillers, boiler and hot/chilled water pump replacements, plumbing improvements, and electrical lighting upgrades. The proposed contract is in the amount of $1,473,112 Base + a provisional $3,323,816 Add Alt #1 to be considered at a later date, for a total of $4,796,928. The contract is to be with CM3 Building Solutions, 185 Commerce Drive, Ft. Washington, PA 19034. Base Contract details are as follows:

The financial aspects of the proposed contract are as follows:

	Total Base Project Finance Cost (budget + 0 int)
	= $1,473,112*
	Estimated Total 20 yr. Base Project Cost
	= $1,488,567

Total 20 Yr. Base Capital Cost Avoidance = $1,583,323**

Total 20 Yr. Base Energy Cost and O&M Savings = $539,208 + $812,808***

Total 20 Year Net Cash Flow = +$948,936 (Meets GESA requirements.)
