INVITATION FOR BIDS New Holland Borough will accept sealed street overlay project bids until 1:30 p.m., 3/12/26, at the New Holland Borough Office, 436 E. Main St., New Holland at which time they will be opened and read aloud. A 10% bid bond/certified check shall be included. All bids must be sealed and marked: "New Holland Streets Bid" on the outside envelope. Bid info is available at the Borough Office. This is a potential prevailing wage project.
