PARADISE TOWNSHIP Paradise Township/PARC will accept sealed bids online for the construction and installation of two pickleball courts and related improvements at Seven Pines Park in Paradise Township, Pennsylvania. The work will involve the constructionof a paved pad, which will fit 2 pickleball courts and the installation of all related improvements including a chain link perimeter fence, walking path for pedestrian access, court nets and line painting, bench, and picnic table. Sealed bids for the project will be received electronically via PennBid no later than 1:00 p.m. on Friday, May 8, 2026 at which time they shall be opened online and publicly posted on PennBid's website. All bidding documents may be viewed and ordered on online by registering with PennBID (www.pennbid.net). All bidding documents and solicitation details are available at no cost on PennBid. Successful bidders are responsible for the PennBid fee. Documents will be available beginning on April 15, 2026. All Bidders must submit bid security in the amount of 10%. It is expected that the bid will be awarded by May 18, 2026, and construction will commence on or before May 26, 2026. It is also expected that the award will be made to the qualified, responsible contractor or bidder submitting the lowest base bid as determined to be in the best interest of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to award the project to any bidder and/or to accept or reject any and all bids (or portions thereof) in the best interest of the Owner.
