Heritage Field Airport, Limerick Aviation LP 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Heritage Field Airport, Limerick Aviation LP will receive sealed proposals for the
construction of one (1) new hangar until 1:00 PM, April 9, 2026. The proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud on the same day at the Heritage Field Airport Terminal Building, 3310 West Ridge Pike, Pottstown, PA 19464

The project includes the construction of one (1) new hangar consisting of a connected 100' x 50' hangar and 80' x 82'
hangar (approximately 11,805 SF).

Bids will be received under the following four (4) prime contracts:
• General Construction
• HVAC Construction
• Plumbing Construction
• Electrical Construction

A non-mandatory Pre-bid Meeting will be held at 1:00 PM, March 23, 2026, at the Heritage Field Airport Terminal Building, 3310 West Ridge Pike, Pottstown, PA 19464. Interested bidders are encouraged to attend.

The drawings, specifications and other contract documents are on file and open to the public for inspection during normal business hours at the office of the ARCHITECT, Gannett Fleming Architects, Inc. (GFT), 615 West Highland Avenue Ebensburg, PA 15931, Telephone: 814-472-7700. Contract documents, proposal forms and drawings may be
obtained from the ARCHITECT, upon request (electronic). All inquiries should be directed to the Project Manager, Thomas V. Harrison at 814-472-7700 or via email at tvharrison@gftinc.com.

Bids shall be prepared and submitted on the prescribed forms in accordance with instructions contained in the Instructions to Bidders and Divisions 00 and 01 of the Project Manual. The Authority expressly reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the same. Each bidder must deposit with his/her proposal a bid security in an amount equal to at least 10% percent of his/her Base Bid. Said security shall be in the form and subject to the conditions given in the Instructions to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within 120 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Successful bidders must enter into the Agreement and furnish the Contract Bonds and evidence of required insurance with fifteen (15) days after notification acceptance of such proposals, all as more specifically required in the
Contract Documents.

Wages as predetermined by the Secretary of Labor and Industry of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and included
in the specifications and contract documents and/or addenda thereto shall be used by the CONTRACTOR in paying labor in connection with the work under these contracts. All work under these contracts shall be subject to the regulations contained in the Pennsylvania Steel Products Procurement Act.
