Whittier Schoolyard Improvement Project Request for Bids THE TRUST FOR PUBLIC LAND Contract for construction services including all labor, materials, equipment and facilities necessary to complete the playground improvements described in the Project Manual. All contractors must meet the requirements of Scranton's "Responsible Contractor Ordinance"https://ecode360.com/45951560 The Trust for Public Land will receive sealed bids online via PennBid for the John G. Whittier Schoolyard Improvement Project until 4/1/2026 at 4PM local time, at which time they shall be opened online and publicly posted on PennBid's website. All documents and solicitation details are available online for no cost at PennBidwww.PennBid.net. Pre-bid walk-through is on 3/16/2026 at 10AM at the John G. Whittier Elementary School, 700 Orchard St., Scranton, PA 18505.
