BID NOTICEThe Borough of Southwest Greensburg will be accepting bids for the Southwest Greensburg Alley Reconstruction project. The project includes milling and overlay of asphalt wearing course, selective milling and placement of asphalt binder course, and selective full-depth replacement of subbase and asphalt base course.
