INVITATION TO BID
 
Pocono Mountain School District hereby invites the electronic submission of sealed bids for the Pocono Mountain East Transportation Building Alterations Project via the PennBid Program no later than Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 2:00 PM. Bids will be publicly opened electronically, immediately thereafter, with the results made available immediately on PennBid. A non-mandatory PreBid Conference will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Pocono Mountain School District, 135 Pocono Mountain School Road, Swiftwater, PA 18370. Attendance is strongly advised. The full Advertisement for Bids, bidding instructions, and Project bid documents will be available Monday, March 9, 2026 at no cost via PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com). In addition, the full Advertisement for Bids is available at the PMSD website https://www.pmsd.org/departments/business-office/procurement. The undersigned reserves the right to waive informalities or defects in a bid to the extent permitted under Pennsylvania Law and to reject any or all bids or parts thereof.
