Sealed proposals will be received by the: Alsace Township at 65 Woodside Ave., Temple PA 19560 until 10:00 AM, on May 6, 2026, for the following: Contract #1 Item Number -1 Quantity – 1500 Unit – TNS Description – 1.5” 9.5 mm 0-.3 ESALS WMA PG-64-22 SRL “M” Prevailing wages apply to contract 1 Contract #2 Item Number -1 Quantity – 46361 Unit – SY Description – Double Bituminous Seal Coat as per PUB 408 Section 470 Bidders need to be PennDOT prequalified in work indicated proof of prequalification required with bid. Pre-Construction meeting required, contact Municipality for meeting date. 610-929-5324 Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $850.00 per calendar day. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. For third-class cities the bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the municipality. For other municipal types it is the discretion of the municipality. A performance bond or certified check in the amount o 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded.
