Bids for aluminum sulfate are due by May 6, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
 
Sealed bids will be received by the Warminster Municipal Authority, hereinafter generally referred to as the Authority, on May 6, 2026, until 10:00 a.m. (Prevailing Time) at the Warminster Municipal Authority Business Office Building, 415 Gibson Avenue, Warminster, Pennsylvania. Bids will be opened shortly thereafter for purchase of the following:
 
Contract AS-26:
Aluminum Sulfate
 
All bids must include unit prices to be considered for award by the Authority at its option after review of the bid amounts.
 
Bids for the above contracts shall be submitted in sealed envelopes, addressed to the Warminster Municipal Authority, 415 Gibson Avenue, Warminster, PA 18974, with the envelopes clearly labeled “BID”- Contract Chemicals. Bids must be submitted on the bidder's letterhead or business stationery.
 
Information for bidders and specifications may be examined at and obtained from the Authority Business Office, Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Telephone 215-675-3301, Ext 201.
 
Award of the Contract, if a contract be awarded, will be to the lowest responsible bidder, but the Authority reserves the unqualified right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities.
 
The Authority also reserves the right to delete any “item” or portion of an “item” contained in a Contract at its discretion, following opening of bids.
