Public Notice Invitation to Bid Sealed bids will be received by Hellam Township until 10:15 a.m., March 19th, 2026, at the office of Hellam Township, 35 Walnut Springs Rd., York, PA 17406. All proposals must be submitted on Penn Dot Forms provided in bid packages. Bids will be for: Chip Seal, Paving Materials and various sized aggregate.
