United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Docket No. 2:25-cv-03464 NOTICE TO ABSENT DEFENDANTS: Estate of Josue de Jesus Juarez; Estate of Alan Montoya Perales; Guangzheng Li; Jian Huan Fang; Juan Bi Guan; Kim S. Burden; Nilsa E. Romero; Posquale Dudley; Variedades Hondumex Grocery II Inc.; Yating Wang; and Zengxi Ye. You are hereby notified that plaintiffs have filed an action in interpleader naming you regarding the remaining liability limits of an insurance policy issued by plaintiff El Águila Compania de Seguros, S.A. de C.V. to plaintiff Med Jets, S.A. de C.V., with such policy being implicated by a January 31, 2025 airplane crash in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. You have been named because you may have claims against Med Jets that implicate these remaining liability limits. You have been sued in court. If you wish to respond to the claims set forth in this lawsuit and/or assert a claim against the remaining liability limits that are the subject of this lawsuit, you must take action within twenty-one (21) days after the date of publication of this notice, exclusive of the date of service. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint, if any. You shall file your response, if any, and proof of service with the Clerk of Court, James A. Byrne U.S. Courthouse, 601 Market Street, Room 2609, Philadelphia, PA 19106, in accordance with the United States Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. If you wish to defend, you must enter a written appearance personally or by attorney and file your defenses, objections, and statement of claim in writing with the court. You are warned that if you fail to do so the case may proceed without you and a judgment may be entered against you without further notice prohibiting you from collecting any of the remaining liability limits.
