Notice is hereby given that on March 17, 2026 the petition was filed, praying for a decree to change petitioner's name from Patrick Shoucun Shi to Shou Cun Shi. The court has fixed May 13, 2026 at 1:00pm., Courtroom 691, Court of Common Pleas, Phila., PA for hearing. All persons interested may appear and show cause, if they have any, why the prayer of the petition should not be granted.
