LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that Forty Fort Borough council will hold a special meeting on Monday, March 16, 2026, at 6:00 PM in council chambers of the Borough Building, 1271 Wyoming Ave., Forty Fort, PA. At this special meeting, council will consider the passage of three (3) Ordinances which will be on display for public inspection prior to this meeting. Proposed Ordinance 1 of 2026 is the DCED approval of Wayne Bank loan as per the Municipal Debt Act. Proposed Ordinance 2 of 2026 is amendments to the Quality-of-Life Ordinance. Proposed Ordinance 3 of 2026 is amendments to the International Property Maintenance Code. This meeting is open to the public. Bonnie Arnone, Borough Manager
