NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Council of the Borough of Frackville will consider to adopt and enact the following Ordinance on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. during its meeting to be held at the Borough Office, 42 South Center Street, Frackville: AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF FRACKVILLE AUTHORIZING THE CONDEMNATION AND TAKING BY EMINENT DOMAIN OF A FEE SIMPLE INTEREST OF UPI NO. 43-04-0337.000 (COMMONLY KNOWN AS 415 SOUTH MIDDLE STREET), PROPERTY OF DEBRA DEANS, FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES; AND AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF JUST COMPENSATION, IF ANY A copy of the proposed Ordinance is available for inspection by any citizen at the Borough Office, 42 South Center Street, Frackville, and the Law Library, Schuylkill County Courthouse, Pottsville, during regular business hours.
