NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Laurel Ridge Realty Corp., a business entity incorporated under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, with a registered office address of 300 Papermill Road, Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania 17815, intends to file a Certificate of Dissolution with the Pennsylvania Department of State, and is winding up its affairs in accordance with 15 Pa. C.S. § 8872. Any persons having claims against the Corporation must present said claims in accordance with this notice. Any claims must be made in writing, sent via certified or registered mail to the below address, and must include the name and address of the person submitting the claim, along with claim amount, basis of claim, and origination date. Any claims against this Company are barred unless an action to enforce the claim is commenced within two (2) years after publication of this notice.
