NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application will be made to the Department of State of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, at Harrisburg, Pa., on January 13, 2026 for the purpose of obtaining a charter of a proposed nonprofit corporation to be organized under the 1988 Nonprofit Corporation Law of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, effective October 1, 1989, as amended. The name of the corporation is Salon Arts. The purposes for which it is to be organized are: To promote public knowledge and understanding of music and the performing arts exclusively through charitable, educational and scientific activities (within the meaning of Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code).
