NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION & TERMINATIONNotice is hereby given that Loyalhanna Management Services LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company (the Company), has wound up its affairs and dissolved in the manner prescribed by the Pennsylvania Uniform Limited Liability Company Act of 2016, as amended, and its existence shall cease upon the filing of a Certificate of Termination in the Department of State of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. All persons having a claim against the Company are required to present their claims against the Company in accordance with this notice. All such claims must be presented in writing and contain sufficient information reasonably to inform the Company of the identity of the claimant and the substance of the claim. All such claims must be sent to Raymond P. Parker, Esq., Williams Coulson, One Gateway Center, 16th FL, 420 Ft. Duquesne Blvd., Pittsburgh, PA 15222. A claim against the Company shall be barred unless an action to enforce the claim is commenced within two years after the publication of this notice.406987 (4/8/26)
